		<description><![CDATA[Several hours ago I tested MMS XL to XL from operator on another country which has GPRS interconnection with XL.
I though that the MM will be send from their MMSC, but I was wrong. The MMS flow is same comparing to MMS XL to XL in Indonesia

		<description><![CDATA[Sometimes customer get the spam message from the Short Dial Code (SDC) number. For example XL customer get SMS from 818 which give them information about prize or fake information. Most of the customer sure that the SMS was sent by the Customer Service, but it might sent from another operator.
